- Everything not indicated in the "the fee includes" section
- The program may be subject to changes before and during the event due to causes beyond our control.
- In case of allergies or intolerances, prior communication from participants is required.
- For tastings in the cellar, where temperatures may be low, it is advisable to bring a sweater to stay comfortable and enjoy the experience.
- If the minimum number of 10 participants is not reached, the event will not take place.
- Trekking shoes with non-slip sole
- Long pants (preferably convertible)
- Technical layered clothing
- 2-liter water bottle
- Hat
- Sunscreen, insect repellent
- Rainproof K-way and backpack cover
- Trekking poles (optional)
- Don't forget a jacket or sweater for winery visits.
- Animals are not allowed during activities.

The Membership Fee must be paid for all participants by bank transfer to:

The cancellation terms are as follows:
- By 07/08/2024 cancellation is free with a full refund of the amount paid
- From 08/08/2024 to 16/08/2024 cancellation provides a refund of 70% of the amount paid
- From 17/08/2024 until the end of the event no refund of the amount paid is provided
