Taverna Nonna Vera
On Friday, 23/02/2024, we were at Taverna Nonna Vera in Latronico (PZ) for the 4th stage of our journey dedicated to wine and emotions, accompanied by Dr. Alessandra Gambacorta.
The evening began with a fascinating sensory experience led by Alessandra. Blindfolded, we had the opportunity to engage our other senses to perceive and be moved by the aromas of the wines.
The second part of the evening was dedicated to a three-course tasting menu, carefully crafted by Valerio and Francesca, paired with three "Blind Wines." We explored the characteristics of each wine, making the experience even more engaging and unforgettable.
